🧵 How to Measure Accurately:

Use a measuring tape marked in inches and follow these instructions:

👙 1. Bust

• Wear a well-fitting, non-padded bra.This gives the most natural shape and ensures accuracy.
• Stand straight with arms relaxed.
• Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually across the nipples) and around the back at the same level. Make sure the tape is straight and parallel to the floor.
• 🪡 Keep the tape snug but not tight, and parallel to the floor. It should sit flat against your body without compressing the bust. Take the measurement where the tape meets.

• Find your natural waist (narrowest part, above belly button).
• Don’t suck in — stand relaxed.
• Wrap the tape around your waist, snug but not tight.
• Take the measurement after gently exhaling.

• Stand with feet together.
• Find the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is typically about 7–9 inches (18–23 cm) below your natural waistline, depending on your body shape.
• Wrap the tape around, making sure it’s even and snug.
• Use a mirror to check the tape is level all the way around.
