By shopping with us and submitting your return request, you acknowledge and agree to the return policy outlined here:

Request within 7 Days Only:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Approved returns are eligible for 50% refund of the purchase price.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Final sale items, custom items, and items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable. Items purchased through villoni.com may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be free from signs of wear (no makeup, deodorant marks, odors, stains, or alterations).

⚠️ Refunds are not available after 7 days from the delivery date.

Unworn & Original Tags:

  • Dresses must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags intact.
  • Include all original packaging (dust bags, tags).
  • Brand tags must remain unaltered and in their original position.
    ⚠️ If found to be worn or damaged, a refund will not be issued.

Ineligible Refunds:

  • Items that do not meet conditions will not be refunded.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Approved Refund:

  • Refunds are processed after inspection (within 24 hours).
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method.

Exchange:

  • We do not offer exchanges or store credit online.
  • You must place a new purchase.

Shipping the Return:

  • Use ONLY the return label provided by Villoni®.
  • Additional return shipping charges, duties, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • You will be provided with a return label.
  • $50 label fee and your shipping fee $XX will be deducted from your final refund.

⚠️ Do not return packages directly to the website address or the package address — these are not our return locations.

Timeframes:

  • Returns must be received by Villoni® within 14 days of delivery.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing once received.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Email notification will be sent once processed.
  • Allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

⚠️ Return fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping may apply for rejected returns.
