Timeline to Clarify the Sudden Disappearance of Villoni® Boutique.

My name is Villoni Würfel, the daughter of Churlya, the director of Villoni®. I was born in 1981 and I am 44 years of age.
The purpose of this comprehensive timeline is to supply adequate data to fill in the blanks (vacuum) related to the sudden disappearance of Villoni® Boutique in Top Ryde and Annandale location with related facts known in correct sequence noting dates with proven documents and verified factual data with supporting evidence that are applicable.
But first, let’s define, What is Black Propaganda?

Between Sept-October 2024, the owners (Sascha & Kaymie Wuerfel) of, “Milivine Boutique” created a YouTube video about me as to the reason they change their store’s name, from "Villoni® Boutique" to "Milivine Boutique" and all social media accounts. They portrayed me through a character called “Jill." Image below of this character.
Their Business Name, "Milivine Boutique" was registered on the 12th Aug, 2024 under their Entity Name, "Sleepwear Co. Pty. Ltd." and is owned by Sascha & Kaymie Wuerfel.
And secondly, let's define what a trademark is. The purpose of trademark protection is to:
- Protect a brand so others can’t use the same or confusingly similar name, logo, or symbol.
- Prevent customer confusion by making it clear who is selling a product or service.
- Protect the reputation and goodwill a business builds over time.
- Give the owner legal rights to stop others from copying or misusing their brand.
In simple terms: Trademark protection keeps your brand safe and helps customers know it’s really you.
Therefore, the purpose of this timeline provides data and fills the vacuum with factual data with supporting legal documents to prove this.
19 September 2020: Australian Business was registered under the Entity Name,"Sleepwear Co. Pty Ltd."
In 2018, Sascha Wuerfel—born in 1997 and now 28 years old—married Kaymie in USA, who is the same age. In 2019, they both flew to Sydney, Australia and moved in with my parents.
On the 19th September 2020, Sascha and Kaymie registered their Australian Business Number with the entity name, "Sleepwear CO. PTY LTD." selling PJ's hence the name, "Sleepwear CO. PTY LTD."
On the 22 Sept, 2020 they also registered, "Sleepwear Co."

September - October, 2020: Villoni Boutique @Top Ryde
In September 2020, after their PJ business was unsuccessful, my mother and I helped Sascha and Kaymie set up a Villoni® location in Top Ryde to expand the family business.
(In 2006, when website domains became available I created www.villoni.com and then with the rise of social media between 2007 and 2009—including MySpace, Facebook, and Instagram—I created profiles using the word “boutique” in each username to distinguish my personal name, “Villoni,” from the business name, “Villoni® Boutique.”)
I granted Sascha access to the Villoni® Boutique social media accounts and Google Business Page so he could help strengthen the family business’s online presence including his and Kaymie’s Villoni® shop in the Top Ryde location, as well as support the business as a whole:
- Full Access: I gave him the password Instagram @villoniboutique
- Limited Access: I only assigned him as Manager for Facebook @villoniboutique
- Limited Access: I only assign him as Manager for “Villoni Boutique Google Business Page”
Limited Access: Means no password given but only assigning him as a Manager to make edits but unable to have full control.
As the creator of these accounts, I remain to have Full Access as the Administrator allowing me to make changes to the Google Business Page.
Sascha Wuerfel created 2 new website using the domain names "villoniboutique(dot)com" and "villoniboutique(dot)us" and started to monetize through these online stores.
28 May 2021: Sleepwear Co. Pty. Ltd. registered the “Villoni® Boutique” name.
In 28 May2021, Sleepwear Co. Pty. Ltd. owned by Sascha and Kaymie Wuerfel registered the,"Villoni® Boutique"as a Business Name, under their registered Entity Name,"Sleepwear CO. PTY LTD."

20 June, 2024: Sleepwear Co Pty Ltd. submitted a trademark application for the name, "Villoni® Boutique".
On the 20th of June, 2024, an application to register trademark rights for the name,"Villoni® Boutique"trademark number 2459913 was applied under the Owners Name (Entity Name),"Sleepwear Co. Pty Ltd".

16 July 2024: Sleepwear Co. Pty Ltd's Trademark Application did not meet the requirements.
On the 16th of July, 2024, "Sleepwear Co. Pty Ltd." received a letter of Adverse Report (Examination) correspondence trademark application for, "Villoni® Boutique" number 2459913.
Which states, "Your application didn't not meet the requirements of the Trademarks Act in 1995."

12 August, 2024: Sleepwear Co. Pty. Ltd. registered the Business Name, "Milivine Boutique.”
Then, on the 12 August, 2024, Sleepwear Co. Pty. Ltd. registered their Business Name,"Milivine Boutique."

Then, on the 19 August, 2024, Sleepwear Co. Pty. Ltd. registered their Business Name,"Milivine Boutique". as a trademark.

Villoni® is a registered and legally protected trademark, designated as intellectual property since 2015.
In 2009, it was determined that I would assume the responsibilities and duties of protecting the name, which was officially trademarked in 2015. This protection also extends to the unique Villoni® font, pink color and logo design.
In Jan-May 2024, further trademark filings expanded protection to include the use of Villoni® alongside the term “boutique.”
This also includes trademark protection in the United States, as Villoni® has business partners and a consumer base.

Thereby constitutes the following definition of Trademark Infringement: refers to the violation or breach of someone's rights, laws, or legal protections.
By commercially exploiting the name without holding the legal rights to do so, thereby violating trademark law. This leads to consumer confusion.
