Since the 1980s, Villoni® has established itself as a distinguished presence in the fashion industry, operating from its boutique in the iconic Queen Victoria Building, Sydney, Australia.

In 2009, Villoni® relocated to the Annandale neighborhood. Around 2019–2020, the business expanded by opening a second location in Top Ryde, while additional family members joined and became actively involved in the family-run business and were given social media account access to help promote the family-business as one entity.

However, it was discovered there were other hidden intents and after efforts to establish sole ownership of the "Villoni Boutique" name were unsuccessful due to trademark application rejections. A detailed timeline, supported by documented evidence, is provided below to prove this. 

In 2024, it was later discovered that payment processing details associated with the business websites had been linked to personal bank accounts rather than accounts controlled by the company. As a result, revenue generated from online sales was directed away from the business. 

Then, these retail locations were later acquired by them with their  "own funds" and rebranded under a new name and associated social media accounts for which they had full access to. It's important to note that Villoni® Boutique was an established company with a history dating back to the 1980s, long before the individuals involved were born in 1997.

Today, Villoni® is now proudly based in the United States and no longer maintains a physical retail presence in Australia. The brand currently operates exclusively online, allowing us to continue serving customers around the world while expanding the next chapter of the Villoni® story.
